Moreover, innovative research into heating systems helps to develop systems which are able to deliver higher levels of energy saving.

There are two main types of environmental heating; autonomous and centralized. Each type of environmental heating can be categorized according to whether the energy was produced using renewable sources of energy or gas.

It is an essential requirement to check heating systems periodically to ensure safety and performance levels and that a record should be kept of such inspections.

CONDITIONING SYSTEM

The purpose of a conditioner is to regulate the temperature of the air in an environment in order to ensure optimum comfort. Our objective is install a conditioning system which functions according to the needs of the client and which is sensitive to its surroundings.

Conditioning systems include:

• fans
• conditioning
• cooling radiant system connected to dehumidifiers and thermostats for the automatic thermoregulation of air flow.

All equipment has its own specific function and most have two distinctive parts; internal and external. These appliances filter air in order to regulate the temperature.

FIRE ALARM SYSTEM

Fire alarm systems are essential to all manufacturing facilities, from large-scale factories to cottage-industries. It is important to manufacture fire alarm systems efficiently using suitable materials.

We manufacture industrial fire protection hydraulics systems with both sprinklers and UNI 45 and UNI 70 hydrant cases integrated with connected systems. All of our equipment conforms to FM, NFPA and European regulations to ensure that our products operate to the very highest safety standards.

IRRIGATION

Irrigation systems are essential for ensuring that the plants and flowers in your garden stay healthy even during the summer months. It is important to use a modern and efficient irrigation system in order to keep your garden safe and healthy, while helping to minimise water usage and help preserve the environment.

The irrigation system is manufactured in relation to the exact characteristics of each garden. Firstly, we evaluate which irrigation device is the right one for you. We pay close attention to each aspect of the system; from which pipes are used to what type of reservoir, each component is carefully considered. Secondly, we divide your garden into different zones: such as lawns, flowerbeds, tanks, terraces and rockeries, in order to maximise the efficiency of water delivery to specific areas.

Each and every zone of the garden is connected to the control unit by an electro valve which manages the system automatically. If the system is integrated together with a rain sensor, it will not activate during, or after, heavy bouts of showers, helping to reduce water wastage and potential damage to you garden from over-watering. We install turbine or static sprinklers in green areas or lawns, and use more efficient drip lines to deliver water to hedges, balconies, plant racks and rockeries.

Subirrigation is the best solution for hydrating green areas close to carparks, sidewalks or large gardens. This method ensures water is supplied all day long, yet only to areas intended for watering, meaning that other areas are free from water and remain dry and useable. As only certain areas receive water, subirrigation systems are up to 70% more efficient than traditional irrigation systems. Last but not least, your lawn will remain lush and green even in unfavourable seasons, because it is exposed to exactly the right quantity of water.

VACUUM CLEANING SYSTEM

The main aim of a central vacuum cleaning system is to keep your home or working environment clean. Easy to construct and even easier to use. they are the most efficient means of eliminating dust and particles in a timely manner, and are equally suited to homes to laboratories. The air quality of the home or workplace is much superior than in those vacuumed with traditional systems because the central vacuum cleaning system filters mites and bacteria from the air.

• PRACTICALITIES the centralised vacuum system enables cleaning without having to trail heavy and bulky vacuum units over large areas and offers far superior performance levels compared with traditional portable vacuum cleaners.
• SAFETY users are only exposed to a relatively safe 12V of electricity, as opposed to 220V used to power many other forms of vacuum cleaners.
• NOISE REDUCTION the central vacuum cleaner is located separately from the point of use and is also fitted with a soundproof sponge which aids noise reduction. As the system is much quieter and more portable than conventional vacuums it is possible to use it at any time, day or night.

COMPRESSED AIR SYSTEMS

Compressed air is a vital resource in manufacturing of all scales. An efficient, adaptable, secure system which offers high levels performance can be produced following detailed planning and evaluation of the methods and materials required.

The methods used in construction allow any required upgrade, modification and enlargement to be undertaken without the need for drastic and expensive overhaul.

THERMOGRAHIC CAMERA EVALUATION

We have always striven to be at the very cutting edge of technology. We conduct thermographic evaluations using high resolution thermographic cameras to detect potential problems before they arise.

Such cameras can take pictures of the visible spectrum to identify any instances of water loss; undertake radiant systems mapping and can capture other images related to temperature measurement.

We use a videoinspector to identify any damage to pipes and drains in places inaccessible using conventional equipment. We use a high resolution video camera with a 40 mm diameter mounted on a 30m cable to detect any leaks or blockages using an LCD monitor.
